1. General Provisions

•These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application and related services (the "App") operated by the operator of the App.
•The App is provided electronically within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
•These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the operator of the App and the user of the App ("User").
•The App is available only to persons aged 16 years or older.

2. Scope of Services

•The App enables Users to: a) save, import, and process cooking-related content from third-party sources, including social media platforms, websites, and blogs; b) automatically extract and transform such content into structured recipe data (e.g. ingredients, preparation steps); c) create and manage shopping lists based on saved recipes; d) plan meals using saved recipes; e) organize recipes into private personal collections.
•All content is processed solely at the User's initiative and for the User's private, non-commercial use.
•The operator of the App does not create, review, verify, endorse, or guarantee any recipes, ingredients, or cooking instructions.

3. User Accounts

•Use of the App may require the creation of a user account.
•Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
•The User is solely responsible for all activities performed through their account.

4. Paid Features

•The App offers optional paid features, including unlimited recipe imports.
•Paid services are provided on a subscription basis unless stated otherwise.
•Consumers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right, unless the User expressly consents to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right, in accordance with applicable law.

5. User Content and Imported Content

•Users may import or submit content originating from third-party sources ("User Content").
•Users represent that they have the legal right to import and use such content for personal purposes.
•The operator of the App does not verify ownership, licensing, or authorization of User Content.
•User Content is automatically transformed into functional data formats solely for the User's convenience.
•User Content is stored privately and is not shared publicly.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not: - infringe intellectual property rights of third parties; - redistribute imported content beyond personal use; - use the App to build or support competing services; - use automated tools to mass-import content; - misuse the App in violation of applicable law.

7. Recipe and Food Safety Disclaimer

•Recipes and cooking-related content are provided for informational purposes only.
•The operator of the App does not guarantee accuracy, safety, dietary suitability, or health outcomes.
•Users prepare and consume food at their own risk.
•The operator of the App is not liable for allergic reactions, food poisoning, improper preparation, or related consequences.

8. Intellectual Property

•All rights to the App, including software, trademarks, and databases, belong to the operator of the App.
•These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to Users.

9. Notice and Takedown (Digital Services Act)

•Users or third parties may report illegal content via email at support@foodfeat.app.
•Reports must include: a) identification of the content; b) explanation of its illegality; c) contact details; d) a good-faith declaration.
•The operator of the App will review reports without undue delay.

10. Liability

•To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the operator of the App shall not be liable for: a) third-party content; b) service interruptions; c) loss of data caused by factors beyond its control.
•Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

11. Complaints

•Complaints may be submitted electronically to support@foodfeat.app.
•Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

12. Termination

•Users may terminate their account at any time.
•The operator of the App may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

•These Terms are governed by Polish law.
•Consumers are not deprived of mandatory protections under the law of their country of residence.
